  • Newsletter subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Contact form data: retained for up to 12 months from the date of your enquiry, then deleted.
  • Analytics data: retained in aggregated/anonymised form in accordance with Google Analytics retention settings (default: 26 months).
  • Server logs: retained for up to 90 days.

9. International Transfers

Horizonly is operated globally. If you are accessing the site from outside the country where our servers are located, your data may be transferred internationally. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for EEA-to-third-country transfers.
